Eckerle Replacement

ECKERLE pump features:

With radial and axial pressure compensation design, high efficiency two-piece eccentric gap filling design improves radial pressure compensation efficiency.

The suction port and pressure port are

90°. Low noise, the noise test value is lower than 66 dB. Low pulse (2%), stable pressure, ensure stable mechanical operation and long service life.

ECKERLE gear pump is suitable for hydraulic machinery,

Stackers and engineering vehicles, etc.

German ECKERLE/EIPS2 gear pump, pressure up to 400bar;

Multi-level displacement: 004, 005, 006, 008, 011, 013, 016, 019, 022, 025cmm.

Features of the EIPS2 series of ECKERLE gear pumps:

1. With radial and axial pressure compensation design, high efficiency.

2. The suction hole and pressure hole are 90°

3. Suitable for injection molding machines, molding machines, servo energy-saving systems and other high-pressure hydraulic machinery.

4. Low pulsation and stable pressure to ensure stable mechanical operation and long service life.

Insufficient flow of gear pump

(1) When the suction valve or the discharge valve is closed, confirm whether the valve i 7 is closed.

(2) When the inlet pressure is low, confirm whether the valve i 7 is open.

(3) The outlet pipe is blocked, and confirm whether the discharge volume is normal. 4. If the stuffing box leaks and is tightened, and a large amount of air leaks affects production, the operation should be stopped and disassembled for inspection.

5. The speed is too low. The actual speed of the pump shaft should be checked.

Abnormal noise of ecker1e gear pump

(1) When the coupling has large eccentricity or poor lubrication, it should be aligned or filled with grease.

(2) Motor failure, check the motor.

(3) The reducer is abnormal, check the bearings and gears.

(4) The shaft seal is poorly installed, check the shaft seal.

(5) If the shaft is deformed or worn, it should be shut down and disassembled for inspectio
