Output flow increases with the swivel angle of the swashplate from 0 to its maximum value. Flow direction changes smoothly when the swashplate is moved through the neutral position.
A wide range of highly adaptable control devices is available for different control and regulating functions. The pump is equipped
with two pressure-relief valves on the high pressure ports to protect the hdrostaic transmission from overload.
The high pressure relief valves also function as boost valves. The integrated boost pump acts as a feed and control oil pump. The maximum boost pressure is limited by a built in boost pressure relief valve.
FEATURE
1. POOCCA A10VG series variable axial piston adopts swash plate design and is used for hydrostatic transmission in closed circuit.
2. The flow is proportional to the driving speed and displacement, which can achieve stepless adjustment.
3. The output flow increases as the swash plate swing angle increases from zero to the maximum value.
4. The swash plate swings over the middle position, which can smoothly change the direction of liquid flow
5. The control block with high versatility provides various control and adjustment functions.
6. Each high pressure side is equipped with two relief valves to prevent overload of hydrostatic transmission
7. The relief valve also functions as an oil filling valve.
8. Built-in charge pump is used as fuel supply and control pump
9. The maximum charging pressure is limited by the built-in charging relief valve.
POOCCA A10VG series Piston /Plunger pump installation instructions:
1. During the test run and operation, the axial plunger element must be filled with hydraulic oil and exhausted. After a long period of shutdown, it is also necessary to perform oil injection and exhaust operations, thinking that the system may leak oil through the hydraulic pipeline.
2. The leaked oil inside the casing must be discharged to the oil tank through the highest oil drain port of the casing, and the minimum oil suction pressure of the oil port must not be lower than the absolute pressure of 0.8bar. (0.5bar absolute pressure during cold start)
3. In all working conditions, the oil suction line and the casing oil drain line must enter the oil tank, and must be lower than the minimum oil level.
