Production Introduction
The 0.25-0.5 series of miniature gear pumps have a displacement from 0.19cc to 1.5cc. The pump body, flange and end cover are made of special pressure-resistant aluminum alloy die-casting.

00 series miniature gear pumps, the displacement is from 0.25cc to 2cc. The pump body, flange and end cover are made of special pressure-resistant aluminum alloy die-casting.
The gear pumps are designed for transforming the mechanical energy as energy of the working liquid (pressure and flow rate). They are simplified in construction and they have a relatively low cost. All these benefits ensure their wide application in the hydraulic systems.
The pump drive may be direct or indirect (by gear, chains, or belt transmissions). Both drives should not impose axial or radial forces on the pump shaft. Oldham coupling serrated drive adapters are used with direct drive. For indirect drive refer to the manufacturer.
Application Introduction
Marzocchi Micro Gear Pumps are powerful, they offer a small footprint and a low weight to high power output ratio, transmitting strong hydraulic power under heavy strain in unfavorable operating conditions.
The extruded pump bodies, and diecast flanges, bushings and covers are manufactured from an aluminum alloy, minimizing deformation under extreme pressure, whether continuous or burst pressure. Case-hardened, quench hardened steel gears are ground and polished to a fine finish. Marzocchi gear teeth promise low pulsation and low noise.
Flange and cover seals include anti-extrusion rings, allowing free axial and radial movement. Internal dripping is minimal, providing accurate pressure and adequate lubrication of moving parts.
